Since exceptional coordination is often the difference between a good event and a great event, Poetry in Motion employs an Event Coordinator to make every event great. This is a standard service for all of our customers. This service includes helping you plan your event from the beginning and reviewing your venue in advance. On the day of your event, we will synchronize every participating vendor, ensuring that equipment, tables, plates, and flowers are all properly in place. You can relax; we will make certain that each detail is taken care of from the moment we arrive.
We can also offer referrals to vendors for all aspects of your event, from cakes and flowers, to photographers and entertainment.
